Who I am

I am Kevin Walters, a diversity change agent with 15+ of expertise in recruiting, sourcing, recruitment marketing, and training under my belt. With the murder of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and other African-Americans sparking an outrage of protest, there is unprecedented support for movements that will enhance and find ways to bring parity to underrepresented & marginalized communities.

This disruption has now caused companies to re-evaluate their products, hiring practices, processes and systems that foster and support systemic racism.
One of the ways that we can address our unconscious bias is through educational learning and development. Top DEI consulting provides key strategic and tactical turn key methods for us to transform our minds and our organizations.
